I compete in athletics, field hockey and karate. I am a 5th degree black belt in karate and practice it for over thirty years, I coach several all styles karate champs and coach on a provincial and national level.
I;m a athletics coach for over 20 years and my speciality is sprints but have also a wide knowlege of coaching middle distance, jumps and hurdels.
