Eziko Cooking and Catering School was founded by Victor Mguqulwa in 1996. His mission is to provide unemployed people with life and career-orientated skills in cooking and catering, and “empower” them to find employment that will enable them to provide for themselves and their families. To-date, Eziko has achieved an 80% success rate in training and placement of students to permanent employment following the Eziko Cooking and Catering programme, and its reputation has grown.
