We teach beginner to advanced pole dancing. Our fitness classes vary weekly and consist of, Body & pole conditioning, Chair dancing, Sensual fitness, Bootycamp and Stretch & tone, all designed to help you to Lose weight, Tone muscle, build Self confidence, and of course have a lot of fun!
