Janine has a special interest in back and knee orthopaedic rehabilitation, drawing strengths from all disciplines she has gained experience in, including pilates and a dance background. She thoroughly enjoys trail running and the rehabilitation of injuries associated with the sport.
She completed an Internationally recognised Stott Pilates course before completing her Biokinetics Honours degree at UCT.
