I have been in the health and wellness industry since 1994, after completing my BA, hons in Sport Science and Exercise Physiology. I have accumulated many certificates and diplomas over this period of time, having also lived and worked in the USA for 6 years. Over the past several years, having also been involved in corporate wellness, I noticed a trend in our society of increased excessive work and stress. To the point where people’s health has been pushed aside, and became unimportant. I have spent many hours working on various training programmes and exercises, and wondering how to approach this growing problem. The answer … showing one person at a time how to get their body moving again and creating a better quality of life that one can take with them into their senior years.

My lessons are structured to start at the very beginning, and showing you how to move and balance your body, finding your weak areas, and strengthening them. Basically, we start to build a foundation in which we can progress towards your fitness goals and improve your performance in everything that you do with reduced risk of injury, and an increased risk of achievement.
