Full Time City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking – 8 months. City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking – 10 months. The Level 1 Certificate course is also available Part Time (once a week for a period of 6 months). Our courses include knowledge based training, full practical training as well as work-based industry training. Fees include all study material, City & Guilds examination fees, all ingredients, two chef jackets, hats and aprons, basic knife set and South African Chefs Association student membership.
