Ginger and Lime is not a ‘cooking school’ per se, but rather a kitchen where people passionate about food, cooking and enhancing their food knowledge come to play, meet and enjoy delicious food. Each week different classes are hosted in our beautiful food studio in a gorgeous, peppermint-coloured mansion in Fresnaye, Cape Town. Guests are invited to take part in and learn all about the dishes that are being cooked that evening. They help cut the tomatoes, fry the onions and learn unique techniques and methods that they can take home and show their family and friends. Recipes are given out to follow and make notes in and asking questions is encouraged. This is a place to learn and have fun. We hope to see you in our kitchen soon.
