I’ve founded La Petite Patisserie, Food Academy in 2010 after spending most of my career in corporate training, within the Food and Financial industry. I have a National Diploma in Foodservice Management and Diploma in Personal Nutrition.
I believe each person has a great business idea, and someone has to listen to them. To me, developing my student’s potential and talent into valuable skills are very important.
I also firmly believe that each person can be an entrepreneur and start a brand and business concept and would like to assist them in the process.
