I’ve founded La Petite Patisserie, Food Academy in 2010 after spending most of my career in corporate training, within the Food and Financial industry. I have a National Diploma in Foodservice Management and Diploma in Personal Nutrition.
I believe each person has a great business idea, and someone has to listen to them. To me, developing my student’s potential and talent into valuable skills are very important.
I also firmly believe that each person can be an entrepreneur and start a brand and business concept and would like to assist them in the process.

The training academy offers both short courses that will help students to gain the practical skills required to bake any kind of cake and pastries as well as a soon to be, new released course, National Certificate in Baking and Decorating Cakes.
