A:  Children can be taken to swimming lessons before they are even 1 year old, any time from then onwards.

Q:  What are the benefits to teaching a child to swim at an early age?

A:  Safety first! Safety skills are a primary reason why many people initially enroll in lessons. Swimming is an important life skill, and also supports the physical and psychological development of children, assisting them to build their confidence and self-esteem

Q:  Where do swimming lessons take place?

A:  The swimming lessons take place in a heated pool, normally clorine-free and always has supervision.

Q:  How many people can attend a swimming lesson?

A:  Swimming lessons are given in private, shared private or groups of generally up to 6 people.

Q:  Can I watch my child’s lesson?

A:  Generally You are welcome to watch the swimming lessons from the viewing room.

Q:  How long will it take my child or me to learn to swim?

A:  Learning to swim is a long-term process that requires a commitment to regular practice. Every swimmer progresses at their own rate and will learn the required swimming skills for their swimming level.
